Rawad El Sakakiny is an entrepreneur, executive leader, and certified coach with over 20 years of experience in SME development, investment, and strategic growth across Oman and the GCC. She leads Addresses Training Center and Addresses Investments and holds an MBA, a BSc in Petroleum Engineering, and an ICF coaching credential.

Mr. Mouhammad Al-Houssari

Mouhammad Houssari is a Governance, Risk and Compliance specialist with extensive experience in governance, regulatory compliance, quality management, internal controls, risk assessment, and institutional development. He has led governance, policy, QMS, and stakeholder initiatives across multiple sectors and holds professional credentials in risk, compliance, ethics, MEAL, and strategy execution.

Dr. Rachad El-Najjar

Rachad El-Badawi El-Najjar is an expert in knowledge management, artificial intelligence, organizational learning, and enterprise transformation. As Founder and CEO of 3R Knowledge Services, he has led global initiatives in digital learning, capability building, governance, and change management. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and two master’s degrees in engineering.
