Training University of Technology and Applied Sciences employees to use artificial intelligence in accounting and financial auditing.

The University of Technology and Applied Sciences organized a training program titled “Using Artificial Intelligence in Accounting and Financial Auditing” at City Seasons Hotel, with the participation of employees from the Financial Affairs and Internal Audit departments.

The program aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the latest applications of artificial intelligence in accounting and financial auditing, while strengthening their ability to use modern digital tools effectively in the workplace. Key topics included automating financial processes, analyzing large volumes of data, identifying unusual patterns and potential risks, supporting internal audit activities, and improving the accuracy and quality of financial reports.

Participants also explored emerging trends in AI, its responsible use in accounting and auditing, and the opportunities and challenges associated with adopting these technologies in academic and institutional environments. Through practical examples, the program demonstrated how AI can improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial oversight, accelerate work processes, and support more informed decision-making.
